Day 7 Of The Law Of Attraction started with a gentle sunrise over the Bay. It gave me time to think about how we need to move our feet if we are to bring financial success to our lives.
Possibly the worst mindset you can fall into is that of thinking the Universe will reward you with unexpected riches falling out of the sky, and onto your doorstep...without one ounce of energy on your part.
God set up the Universe to work on the foundation of Cause and Effect. Yes, His blessings will come...and yes, He will surround you with favor...but you have to demonstrate you put Him first in your thoughts, words, and actions.
In 2 Timothy 2:15, it says, "Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval."
This does not mean working solely with muscle and sinew. It means holding the right thoughts, speaking words of encouragement and praise to others who need it, forgiving all of the unfair treatment you have received in your journey, and doing something good for others without expecting immediate reward.
Leave 1 Dollar is all about drawing to you the the blessings of ideas and opportunities for you to increase your wealth. The Law of Attraction is not about bags of money showing up on your patio.
Tony's Pizzeria seemed like a great place to Leave 1 Dollar, this evening. There are plenty of planters and outdoor seating areas to place a dollar bill.
It was so beautiful, this morning. Yes, it was cold, but the sun was breaking through and the promise of a great day was at hand.
I saw where I had made a substantial profit with my online business, compared to every other day in the past three months. I am getting much more traffic from organic searches.
Also, tonight at a PhotoShop Elements class I am taking, I learned a technique that will allow me to create some inexpensive materials to sell through my websites.
I spent several hours trying to figure out how to do a certain operation...and it was explained and demonstrated to me in about 90 seconds.
This one little technique could easily turn into $1000's of dollars in sales.
It is easy to be thankful when God drives these ideas right in front of my nose. I want to always be able to tell Him, I will move my feet.
